Emotional Issues: People facing difficult feelings, such as depression, grief, anger, anxiety, etc., sometimes feel as though a cloud hangs over their entire life---taking away all their joy. I help people deal with negative emotions and memories so that they can build a more positive and balanced emotional life.
Workplace Issues: Work can be stressful. It can also be a place where we successfully meet challenges and leave feeling great. I help people deal with work stress (burnout, bullying, office politics, etc.) so they can feel good about who they are and what they do. As part of my consulting practice, I write a bi-monthly newsletter on positive psychology and workplace issues. The latest issue focuses on workplace resilience.
