I am a registered psychologist who lives and works in Victoria, BC. I offer therapy and counseling to adults who want to make changes in their life. As an experienced therapist, I am well-versed in helping people develop the skills to address problems ranging from daily hassles to more long-standing psychological difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, or work stress. Positive growth involves gaining a new perspective and getting on with building a meaningful life.
